Please join The Triangle Land Conservancy in celebration of Chatham County’s annual Creek Week! They will be hosting a hike at the wonderful White Pines Nature Preserve that will cover some of the natural wonders of the confluence of the Rocky and Deep Rivers as well as some of the history of Chatham County’s land near the preserve.
