The Town of Wendell’s Stormwater Department will be holding an Educational Walk and Talk to celebrate Creek Week at Wendell Park! Meetup will be at the Hugh T. Moody Trailhead near the volleyball court at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 19th.

Learn about the local wildlife that call Buffalo Creek home, such as otters, wood ducks, and blue herons. Hear stories about the history of Buffalo Creek and Wendell Park from years ago and learn about the importance of keeping our waterways clean and safe for the environment!
